ICE-SKATING DAY

We had a hell of our time; our long awaited ice-skating Day.
(Hey cse group, finally eh?) XD

johnathan, me, elliot, aishah
Omg, midway the snow-like foams came down! Singing Happy Birthday, haha thanks, whoever had his birthday that day. It was real pretty.(:

The guys; who lied they can't skate! Haha.. They're pretty good actually.

("

Teehee, elliot looks a little awkward here.

Aish, you should be proud of yourself! I must say you are a good beginner.:D

Of course it was fun with great people like these.((:
Gosh, we saw little kids who are simply amazing; with all the leaps and the spins. I was like, "Omg, I need to start taking skating lessons." But no, I'm already taking up others, I'll feel really bad if I were to ask my parents for this. Oh well. Anyway, the group helped me asked this nice girl to teach me how to do the turns. Well.. I tried!! Haha.. I was thinking: Damn, if only it was as easy as doing it on land! On my feet, that is.

Lunch was sinful, (yes elliot, rub it in) but it was delliiciouss: guess? a must-buy at a bazzar.
Actually, you know what, so was dinner. ): EVERYONE should try the 2hot Halal Cafe at the Esplanade! It's real yummy, especially if you like it spicy. And it's two for the price of one!
And I was telling elliot how he missed out after he left early.(; I feel sorry for you.. Aw.. Haha! Went to Harry's, and thanks to some BAD influence, (X , I switched my order to a drink called 'Screaming Org*sm'. What a name. There was even one with 'Bl*w Job', which john tried the last time. Ha, whatever the name, it's actually Bailey's Irish Cream with milk. Real good though.(:
Think we might be one of the few subject groups to actually go out, which I'm thankful to Mr Ng for having us grouped at the start of the year.
I really enjoyed myself, thanks guys!

if you're happy and you know it you clap your hands

A couple of days ago, a friend shared this quote with me:

" An unexamined life, is a life not worth living." By Socrates.

And she just left me there.
I asked myself.
And even attempted to find the answers to the questions.
But sadly, nothing's coming to me..
Am I just plain dumb or is it just that I've not reached 'there' yet?
Shrug.
The thing about Life, for me at least, is it's sometimes too complicated to comprehend.
If you'd ask me, I think I'd prefer to remain on the happier side.
It's all too depressing; just to even try and understand.
No.
No, stay away.

These aside, I'm certain that all the fun awaits -WIDESMILE- I'm dancing again, which is fantastic; though my muscles have to suffer, and I'm starting exciting classes that I've always wanted. -woot- Ice-skating tommorrow and Zoo the next! Yayness. ((:

S.T.Y.L.E

Fashion fades. Style is eternal. Fashion can be bought. Style one must possess. It is a simple way of saying complicated things. It is not about the money. Wear flea market bags the same way she would wear her Prada.

If a girl looks snazzy when she meets you, who gives a damn if she's late? Nobody.

Be bold.
Be a little dramatic.
Go a little crazy.
Have a lot of fun. :D

Feeling Christian

'Love is patient and kind;
it is not jealous or conceited or proud;
love is not ill-mannered or selfish or irritable;
love does not keep a record of wrongs;
love is not happy with evil,
but is happy with the truth.

Love never gives up;
and its faith, hope and patience never fail.

Love is eternal.

There are inspired messages,
but they are temporary;
there are gifts of speaking in strange tongues,
but they will cease;
there is knowledge,
but it will pass.

For our gifts of knowledge and of inspired messages are only partial;
but when what is perfect comes,
then what is partial will disappear.

Meanwhile these three remain:
faith, hope and love;
and the greatest of these is love.'

waddup dukie

Phew, it's been a week since the end of the exams. Reflecting back, I think I could say it's been fun. Haha, I mean, yeah the studying part can be fun too! I know many people will dread this, BUT I WANT TO GET BACK THE PAPERS.

(I see a million glares shooting towards me) ow.

I mean, you've studied so hard, don't you wanna see if it has paid off? -Silence- No?- Okay Jane, shut up-

That said, I can't explain why that supposed compelling force of 'post-exam happiness' is not felt this time, compared to the june tests, that is. Sure, I had a hell lot of fun going out with dearest friends (Lorna, Syak, Sian, Dim..), stayovers, going to Starbucks to hang out at midnight, ordering pizzas over, movies. All these done without feeling any guilt. But. Something is missing. It's like you receive a pretty gift, but it lacks a gift tag or card saying who it is from. It's incomplete. Someone enlighten me? I know people feeling the way I do will probably put the blame on PW. C'mon, it's not that bad.

(uh huh, and I receive a couple more darts)

S'okay, I like my group and it'll stay that way. Hate me, I'll still be lovin' it. It's just too bad for you. Hahaha.

Open house just ended yesterday, and upcoming we have farewell and graduation night to prepare for. FUNFUNFUN! And yes, ballet concert's coming up too. Yay. I've got a nicely scheduled holiday awaiting me. Vietnam hongkong cold weather (ugh, sometimes I hate our climate) HR attachment performances here I come!

Supposed to go visit khatib camp this morning. Ah wq, sorry I can't make it there.): Next time next time. Ima meeting the tms girls later, another of our monthly gatherings. (X Woot-

And YES, tuesday tuesday. Come quick! I miss my mom. C'mon time, do your magic, like you did for the exams. It really felt like it was over in a blink of an eye.

P.S. Miracles happen. At least I believe they do. ((:
